As a fully automated pallet company, all pallets are machine assembled for better strength, more efficiency and quick turnaround response to our customer’s needs. Motion Pallet has the size, lumber and capacity to handle large pallet programs that demand a high level of capability.
Our high-yield, large-volume process is suited to meet our customer's demands. As a vertically integrated pallet manufacturer, we manage from woods to the end pallet user. Our log yard is regularly stocked with mixed dense hardwoods, (Hard and Soft Maple, Birch, Beech, Oak, Ash and Cherry. We also construct pallets out of less dense material in Aspen and Red Pine). In a quick and efficient process, logs move through a debarker to our Scragg Mill, then to milling, grading, and finally pallet assembly. Motion Pallet operates a modern log processing line helping to ensure consistent quality and is it designed to remove excessive sawdust to provide a cleaner pallet for our customers. Our cutting process increases our ability to provide competitive prices, prompt shipments and high quality pallets. We control the entire process allowing us to control the cost to produce our pallets.
